Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience in strategy consulting or HR analytics.
• Proven ability to lead vision-setting and strategic planning with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with SAP People Intelligence, Business Data Cloud, and Report Stories.
• Strong ability to deliver client-facing outputs using PowerPoint and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate vision-setting workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Gather requirements through surveys and interviews.
• Produce high-quality deliverables: visions, roadmaps, KPI frameworks.
• Deliver outputs using PowerPoint and within 3n Strategy’s Customer Platform.
• Lead account management, identify upsell opportunities, and plan growth.
• Support pre-sales and value definition for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with SAP Analytics Cloud consultants on design.
• Drive change management and adoption strategy.
