Job summary

3n Strategy is seeking a Senior Consultant specialising in SAP Datasphere to lead technical workstreams, design and optimise virtual data models, and integrate SuccessFactors data to empower analytics via SAP Analytics Cloud.

You will contribute to pre-sales, develop internal accelerators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while staying aware of SAP BTP concepts. This full-time remote role supports North America and Western Europe, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP Datasphere expertise with hands-on modelling and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors data structures or HR metrics.
• High proficiency in SQL and enterprise data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams for SAP Datasphere projects including SuccessFactors data.
• Design, build and optimise virtual data models (VDMs) using SAP Datasphere.
• Integrate and transform data from SAP and other sources, including SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
• Implement role-based access controls, automated refresh logic, and reusable artefacts.
• Collaborate with functional and visualisation consultants to ensure semantic consistency in data-to-dashboard journeys.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical explanations of Datasphere architecture.
