A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior PCB Designer to join a fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in designing highly complex, high-speed PCB layouts using Altium or Xpedition. Responsibilities include leading PCB layout projects, serving as a technical authority on design practices, and collaborating with customers and engineering teams to ensure project compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of designing complex, high-speed, high-layer-count PCB layouts required.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Altium or Xpedition required.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFA standards as they relate to flex and HDI technology required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-speed, and high-layer-count PCB layout projects.
• Serve as the technical authority on high-speed design practices and HDI technologies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Develop board profiles, stack-ups, fabrication drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Import and troubleshoot netlists.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to ensure compliance and progress.
• Provide clear and timely project status updates.
