Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a Payor Analytics Senior Pricing Analyst to define market value and drive revenue growth. You will transform complex data into pricing insights and support executive decisions across North America.

You will build dashboards, forecast pricing scenarios, and partner with Market Access, Trade, Finance, Forecasting, and Commercial teams to influence contracting and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant pricing/analytical experience in healthcare or pharma.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and payor contracting effectiveness across products and geographies.
• Build and automate dashboards for leadership using Tableau/Power BI.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Finance, Forecasting, and Commercial teams.
