Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related pricing analytics experience in healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong knowledge of payor contracting, market access, and reimbursement considerations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI with the ability to present insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of pricing performance, payor contracting effectiveness, and market access dynamics.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and business opportunities.
- Partner with Market Access, Trade, Finance, Forecasting, and Commercial teams to support contract development and performance management.
