Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical engagement and enable partner sales efforts. You will lead complex requests, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a product evangelist for Relativity solutions.

You will collaborate with account executives and partners, deliver compelling demonstrations, and help shape the security posture, RFx responses, and partner training programs. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four+ years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence solutions is a plus.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, otherwise ability to pass the exam within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support complex sales efforts through technical guidance and demonstrations.
• Lead partner-facing engagements, creating presentations and materials for partner enablement.
• Own Proof of Concept (POC) projects and address technical questions from prospects.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Executives and cross-functional teams to advance deals.
• Provide feedback to product management based on customer needs and market trends.
