CRH Americas Building Products seeks a Senior OT Systems Engineer to design and standardize plant-floor OT infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, security, and lifecycle management. The role bridges IT and plant engineering, prioritizing uptime and safety while aligning with industry standards. The position is remote from our Atlanta HQ, with collaboration across manufacturing sites and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years supporting OT or manufacturing IT environments.
• Experience bridging IT and OT at the plant floor.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and OT networking protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support standardized OT-IT integration across plant floors.
• Define reference architectures aligned with ISA-95 / Purdue Model.
• Drive consistency across sites by defining OT integration standards and approved technologies.
• Support data exchange between production systems and enterprise applications.
