Job summary

Dragos operates a remote-first, mission-driven team and seeks an OT Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst embedded with a Singapore government security team. You will lead threat hunts, deliver tailored intelligence, and represent Dragos inside cleared environments—shaping government strategy while collaborating with Dragos delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has proven CTI experience in service organizations, hands-on threat hunting, and working knowledge of industrial control systems.

Qualifications

• Must be a Singapore citizen and hold an active Security Clearance.
• At least 4 years in cyber threat intelligence using multiple data sources to develop analysis products.
• Hands-on threat hunting experience, including packet capture analysis and industrial protocol inspection.
• Strong capability in freeform and hypothesis-driven threat hunting methods.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with stakeholder management ability.
• Strong writing skills for CTI analyses, including confidence-based assessments and threat modeling.
• Proficiency with data aggregation and analysis tools (e.g., Synapse) and AI/LLM in CTI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the client with IC/OT CTI needs, handling high-stakes national security priorities with credibility.
• Lead IC/OT CTI research and threat hunting using proprietary and commercial resources, analyzing networks and protocols to surface anomalies.
• Help establish baseline OT asset and network behaviors across Singapore’s critical infrastructure using Dragos Platform and Synapse.
• Contextualize IC/OT threats and advise on best practices and mitigations within the client OT environment.
• Translate hunt results into MITRE ATT&CK for IC/OT mappings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support incident response engagements and exercises for the client.
• Develop industry-focused IC/OT CTI content and provide feedback to Dragos teams to maximize impact.
