Dragos is seeking a frontline monitoring and triage analyst to identify potential adversary activity in customer OT environments. You will mentor junior analysts and work with seasoned defenders to investigate network behaviors and support threat hunters.

You will lead shift operations, escalate findings with clear documentation, and collaborate across teams to tune detection logic and shape new platform detections. A remote-first team enables flexible coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in network security with hands-on threat investigation.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, and packet analysis.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and flexible for shift-based coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and step in as shift leader for your region when needed.
• Apply deep analysis to escalate findings to incident responders with clear documentation.
• Partner across teams to tune detection logic and shape new platform detections.
