A leading tech company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to develop and maintain complex integrations across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. This remote role involves designing integrations, optimizing data models, and coding high-quality solutions using PL/SQL and SQL. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and middleware API development. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing Oracle HCM integrations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and underlying data structures.
• Advanced PL/SQL/SQL and experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher.
• Proven experience with OIC or similar middleware and API development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
• Query and optimize Oracle HCM tables and ensure referential integrity.
• Develop high-quality code for transformations, validations, and automation.
• Build interfaces using HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher.
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs and secure integration patterns.
• Optimize queries and batch processes for large-scale data operations.
• Enforce data privacy and audit readiness.
• Create technical specs, mappings, and maintain version control.
• Work closely with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams.
