Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Architect to lead ERP & HCM transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. You will design scalable architectures and partner with stakeholders.

This role can be worked remotely within the United States (excluding California) with potential onsite interviews to verify identity. The ideal candidate will guide large initiatives, ensure security and compliance, and mentor technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HCM or ERP migration to Oracle Fusion.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for key meetings, trainings or conferences.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements complex architectural solutions aligned to business strategy.
• Translates customer requirements into system designs for large IT solutions and integrates architecture.
• Leads complex IT projects, manages budgets and timelines; leads vendor selection and management.
• Conducts architecture reviews and provides guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation.
• Serves as architectural subject matter expert.
• Identifies and evaluates new technologies; recommends adoption of innovative solutions.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards and security guidelines.
• Mentors and coaches technical staff; may act as a team lead.
