Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company providing high-resolution thermal insights for governments and industry. We are seeking an Senior Operations Analyst to help plan, coordinate, and build financial and operational models that inform compensation, budgeting, ESG, ERM, and org-wide programs.

You will turn complex data into clear narratives for leadership and collaborate across departments to implement key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong facility with Excel modelling and polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in corporate operations, business operations, or corporate finance.
• Structured, organized thinker who can tell a clear data-driven story.
• Comfort working closely with a Chief CCO and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a flexible operations resource to the CCO and cross-functional teams.
• Build clear Excel models and PowerPoint decks for leadership.
• Coordinate monthly revenue and business reviews with executive leadership.
• Partner with the CCO on corporate operations and budgeting topics.
• Develop and maintain models for ERM, ESG, OKRs, KPIs, and compensation planning.
