Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years in an office setting using telephone and computer as primary tools.
• Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinical peer reviews using telephone, calendars, and databases.
• Interact with providers and staff to schedule reviews within tight time frames.
• Coordinate across time zones to ensure timely turnaround.
• Learn and adapt to new systems and tasks as directed by management.
• Route testing requests and create administrative authorizations in proprietary systems.
