You will leverage Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, apply AI-driven automation, and partner with stakeholders to advance operational excellence in a flexible, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or similar role.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI-driven process automation and improvement.
• Strong background in continuous improvement for TA Ops, Finance, or Operations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze cross-functional processes to identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational health and guide strategic decision-making.
• Leverage data-driven insights and advanced spreadsheet techniques to support executive-level reporting.
• Integrate automation and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort and minimize operational friction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and standards.
• Drive excellence in operational discipline, providing structure and clarity to complex projects involving multiple teams.
