Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking an FP&A OneStream Consultant to lead administration of the OneStream platform, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and a strategic roadmap across the Enterprise.

You will partner with IT, Accounting, Investments, Actuarial, and business leaders to optimize planning and modeling processes, deliver insights, and support SOX controls; remote work from a US-based location is allowed with ET hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Seven years of hands-on OneStream administration or equivalent CPM/EPM experience.
• Candidate location in Eastern US time zone is preferred or willingness to work Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and enhance OneStream applications supporting finance transformation objectives.
• Lead process improvements, enhanced controls, efficiency gains, and tech-enabled transformation within the platform and financial workflows.
• Build and maintain OneStream rules, data management solutions, and applications for planning, reporting, and budget execution.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and technical solutions within OneStream.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment, ensuring stable application performance.
• Serve as the primary Lead of the OneStream platform, managing user provisioning, security roles, and system configurations.
• Maintain and monitor development, test, and production environments and manage full change lifecycle.
• Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between OneStream and boundary systems.
• Build, maintain, and optimize transformation rules, cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Train and enable Power Users and End Users on OneStream functionality and best practices.
