Job summary

Ladders invites a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to lead prostate cancer territory efforts from Cleveland with remote work flexibility. You will promote the oncology portfolio to healthcare providers, educate teams on product use, and manage high-value accounts to improve patient access.

You will collaborate with clinical and commercial stakeholders to refine strategic territory plans, assess barriers to care, travel domestically as needed, and deliver education and evidence-based guidance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical sales or oncology HCP roles.
• Proven track record of success in sales or healthcare; strong communication skills.
• High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking; travel as needed.
