Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Senior Manager) in nephrology to engage with KIs, LPLs, providers and patient groups across the US ecosystem, delivering credible clinical and health economic information and aligning with patient-centric strategies.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s degree with equivalent clinical experience.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs.
• Previous training or experience in immune mediated kidney disease is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, scientific, and health economic information related to nephrology and immunology.
• Engage with Key Influencers and healthcare providers within the territory.
• Develop ecosystem medical strategies and execute local medical plans.
• Lead special projects and mentor new hires.
• Educate speakers and support trials and data collection.
