Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to bridge the gap between the company and the medical community. You will educate healthcare professionals, build relationships with KOLs, and collect real-world insights across CNS disorders and neuropsychiatric conditions.

This role emphasizes scientific leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing medical information support, with remote work and substantial travel to engage regional and national stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or neuroscience degree with at least 3 years in Medical Affairs.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or neuroscience clinical work preferred.
• Experience with product launches or clinical development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with regional/national KOLs and HCPs.
• Function as subject matter expert on clinical information for neuroscience.
• Provide scientifically accurate responses to unsolicited medical information requests.
• Develop and deliver compliant educational programs and presentations to HCPs and health systems.
• Develop regional territory plans for compliant medical personnel engagement aligned with MA strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory, and R&D.
• Contribute to MA strategic and tactical development plans and liaise with business partners.
• Lead MA projects and participate in strategic initiatives.
