Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Staff ML Systems Engineer to own end-to-end evaluation and data pipelines for healthcare AI products. You will set direction for evaluation systems, design robust metric/scorer strategies, and scale data ingestion, labeling, and calibration workflows.

You will lead multi-team initiatives, drive automated gates, and mentor engineers while partnering with clinical, legal, and product leaders to ensure safe and effective AI in a regulated healthcare environment.
