Job summary

Harnham partners with a well-funded startup to hire a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Media Generation. This remote role focuses on building ML systems for character creation, digital assets, and AI-powered experiences.

You will design and deploy models (diffusion, GANs, Transformers), work across CV/Graphics, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver user-facing tools. Requires 3+ years in ML and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CS, ML, CV, or related field.
• 3+ years in ML, CV, or computer graphics.
• Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with generative models (diffusion, GANs, VAEs) and transformers/ViTs.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for image, video, and 3D asset generation.
• Work across CV and graphics to generate meshes, textures, and motion.
• Build and optimize diffusion, GANs, and transformer-based models.
• Integrate ML into user-facing creative tools and apps.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to ship AI-powered features.
• Manage ML infrastructure including datasets, experiments, and deployment pipelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging research and apply new techniques to production systems.
