Job summary

Harnham is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a well-funded startup in San Francisco. This remote position focuses on building advanced machine learning systems for media generation, including character creation and interactive experiences.

You will design, train, and deploy ML models, optimize generative models, and integrate ML into creative tools. A Master’s degree and extensive experience in ML or related fields are required.

The role includes a compensation of up to $300,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or computer graphics.
• Strong experience with generative models (diffusion, GANs, VAEs).
• Solid understanding of 3D graphics or computational geometry.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for image, video, and 3D asset generation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered features.
• Manage ML infrastructure including datasets, experiments, and deployment pipelines.
