Job summary

HOKA is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner for DTC to drive financial planning and inventory strategies. You will lead top-down and bottom-up planning, align with Merchants, and influence assortment decisions to maximize sales and profitability across channels.

Requirements include 4+ years in merchandise planning, strong forecasting and Excel skills, and proficiency with Oracle/Tableau. This remote role supports teams nationwide with a focus on Goleta area expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
• 4+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance in retail.
• Forecasting experience required.
• Strong statistical analysis and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute department, class, and style-color level plans by channel.
• Build weekly category sales and inventory plans to support goals.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead Open-to-Buy and reforecasting processes in season.
• Present plans in reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
