Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines seeks a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities. You will build trusted relationships with investigators and key stakeholders, delivering high-quality scientific exchange and ensuring clinical readiness for the potential approval.

You will translate clinical data into meaningful insights for the field, educate healthcare professionals on disease state and emerging data, and shape field strategy in a fast-moving launch

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical care, or field-based biotech/pharma roles.
• Ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex scientific data to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a dynamic prelaunch/launch environment.
• Experience building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders for prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.
• Educate clinical sites and providers for launch, including patient identification and treatment considerations.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage KOLs and influencers to support advocacy and engagement strategies.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements and translate insights into recommendations.
• Maintain deep CNS expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
