The role emphasizes collaboration with Regulatory, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations and Commercial teams, with flexible options for hybrid work from Boston or remote locations. Advanced psychiatry/neurology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with strong and versatile clinical development experience, ideally in psychiatry, preferably MDD.
• Experience leading clinical development programs from concept to late-stage trials.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMEA) and trial design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee psychiatric clinical development programs across Discovery to Phase 3.
• Serve as medical monitor and liaise with sites, investigators and health authorities.
• Provide strategic medical leadership for trial designs and regulatory submissions.
