Orchard Marketing, a leading medical communications agency, is seeking a Senior Medical Copywriter to join our US team in New York. You will develop medically accurate content for pharmaceutical clients, translating complex science into clear, compliant copy for campaigns, websites, and educational materials.

Candidates should have graduate degree or PhD in sciences, 5+ years medical writing, and strong knowledge of FDA regulations and PhRMA code, with experience using Veeva/PromoMats.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree or PhD in sciences.
• 5+ years medical writing experience.
• HCP pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Expertise in claim development and substantiation.
• Comfort working across multiple therapeutic areas and lifecycle stages.
• Strong presentation and pitching experience.
• Clear understanding of FDA promotional regulations and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Translate complex medical/scientific concepts into clear, concise copy.
• Create branded HCP campaign materials including websites, detail aids, leave behinds, emails.
• Create HCP medical education campaign materials including slide decks, invites, workbooks, and other collateral.
• Lead brands from both strategy and copy perspectives with minimal oversight.
• Drive the editorial process from first draft to final proof; ensure accuracy and quality.
• Partner with design, strategy, account, and project management teams.
• Ensure all content is on-brand and compliant with US regulatory and industry standards.
• Drive copy and strategic perspectives in client meetings.
• Manage competing priorities.
• Play a key role in researching and developing content for proposals and pitch presentations.
• Stay up to date on current trends in medical education and the US pharma industry.
