Conduent is actively seeking a Senior Medicaid Technical Business Analyst Engineer to translate Medicaid policies and CMS regulations into scalable system solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA to support claims processing, analyze issues, and drive compliant improvements.

A strong analytical mindset and cross-team collaboration are essential. The role emphasizes testing, UAT support, and data-driven insights to optimize operations and member outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting Medicaid policies and CMS regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid claims processing and payment systems.
• Ability to apply Medicaid payment methodologies in analysis and testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Investigate suspended claims and system defects to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with development and QA to design and test enhancements.
• Review CMS mandates and client directives for impact assessment.
• Research billing manuals and regulatory guidance to support decisions.
• Document and improve business processes for efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Develop test strategies and plans for state policy requirements.
• Support UAT activities and implement system changes.
• Analyze data trends to support operational reporting.
