TopDog Law is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our national remote performance marketing team. You will own multi-channel media buying, optimize campaigns, and drive high-quality leads across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience in-house or agency side.
• Proven track record managing significant monthly ad budgets ($100K-1M+) with measurable performance or lead generation outcomes.
• Primary background in lead generation - legal, insurance, home services, financial services, or comparable verticals.
• Ecommerce or CPG experience considered if paired with demonstrated understanding of lead-gen funnel dynamics and platform fundamentals.
• Deep expertise in Google Demand Gen - campaign architecture, audience strategies, asset performance signals, and bidding optimization.
• Expert-level Meta Ads Manager proficiency.
• Highly data-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solver who proactively identifies issues and acts without waiting to be directed.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on media buying across core platforms with lead quality as a KPI.
• Set up campaign builds including audience segmentation, creative testing, budgeting and bid strategies.
• Monitor daily performance; scale winners and pause underperformers through data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with intake and operations teams to connect ad spend to downstream case quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief concepts and provide performance-based feedback.
