7FigureDocs is seeking an experienced Facebook & Google Ads Media Buyer to optimize campaigns for medical and legal clients while delivering measurable ROI. You’ll manage a portfolio from strategy through optimization, collaborating with account managers and creative teams to drive growth.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years managing Facebook and Google Ads, a proven lead-generation track record for healthcare/legal/home services, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience generating leads for local healthcare, legal, or home services preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid advertising strategies for new client campaigns.
• Build, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, creative, and offer testing to improve results.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with landing pages, creatives, and marketing strategy.
• Communicate performance and recommendations internally.
• Manage multiple client accounts and meet KPIs.
• Track progress using Monday.com and Slack.
