TechInsights in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Materials to produce high-quality market intelligence on CMP pads, CMP slurries, wafers, gases, precursors, and advanced packaging materials.

The role leads content production, develops models, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates with product management and customers to expand offerings.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in semiconductor materials, a broad network, and a proactive, independent work style; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industry experience in semiconductor materials.
• Expertise in CMP pads, CMP slurries, wafers, process gases, precursors, or advanced packaging materials.
• Established professional network within the semiconductor materials space.
• Strong market research practice with ability to develop and integrate new methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment across complex analyses.
• Experience mentoring and leading projects; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead content production and expert analysis for Critical Materials Reports across multiple materials areas.
• Serve as principal analyst on research projects, developing and stabilizing analytical models for junior analysts.
• Deliver high-quality content on schedule and identify opportunities to enhance product offerings.
• Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth.
• Maintain and grow an active professional network within the materials space.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support a collaborative team environment.
• Develop deep understanding of current and emerging trends across the semiconductor materials ecosystem.
• Support product management and customer engagement to address inquiries from clients.
• Represent TechInsights externally through conferences and customer meetings to support sales.
