Job summary

Grüns is hiring a Senior Marketplace PPC Associate to manage paid media across Amazon Ads and growing retail partners. You’ll drive bid management, budget pacing, and account hygiene, ensuring clean, scalable growth as spend expands and new retailers are added.

You’ll own weekly/monthly performance reporting, flag anomalies early, and support tentpole events like Prime Day and BFCM. The role emphasizes hands-on optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketplace PPC experience across Amazon and ideally one other retail media platform (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Sams MAP, Instacart Ads, CVS Media)
• Managed meaningful ad spend independently, with a track record of hitting TACOS/ROAS targets
• Supported at least one major retail tentpole (Prime Day, BFCM) and knows what it takes to manage bids and budgets under pressure
• Fluent in Amazon Ads Console and Seller/Vendor Central, and comfortable picking up new retail media platforms quickly as footprint expands
• Sharp in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards) and has used keyword/competitive research tools like Helium10 or DataHawk
• Bonus: experience in CPG, health & wellness, or high-velocity ecommerce; familiarity with PPC automation platforms (Pacvue, Teikametrics, Xnurta, Quartile)

Responsibilities

• Campaign management & optimization: Own bid management, budget pacing, and negative keyword strategy across Amazon and retail media platforms
• Run daily/weekly optimizations to improve TACOS/ROAS and protect performance while expanding to new retailers
• QA new campaign launches, PDP/ad tagging, and account hygiene as we grow our footprint
• Reporting & insights: Build and own a unified weekly/monthly reporting cadence across platforms
• Identify performance anomalies early and flag pacing issues before they become costly
• Tentpole event support: budget/bid warm-up and post-event recovery for Prime Day, BFCM, and retailer deal days
• Cross-functional collaboration: Prioritize with the manager and coordinate with SEO/Merchandising on PDP readiness and paid impact
