Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation solutions. The role requires deep Marketo expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of large-scale deployments with complex integrations.

You will manage data governance, campaign execution, and system performance, guiding cross-functional teams and driving data-driven marketing initiatives that support growth. Remote/homebased opportunity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing automation experience focused on Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Strong expertise in Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, and data governance best practices.
• Proven track record in large-scale Marketo implementations, complex integrations, and global consolidations.
• Experience with lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing programs, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with Marketo Measure (Bizible) configuration and CRM integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Oversee integration of Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops for seamless marketing operations.
• Manage all technical aspects of Marketo including database optimization, lead management, and scalability.
• Architect Marketo integrations with CRM, analytics, and content management platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven campaigns that drive growth.
• Provide leadership in data governance initiatives ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze marketing data to drive insights and improve campaign performance.
• Audit Marketo systems regularly and implement best practices in marketing automation.
• Create training and enablement programs for Marketo users.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
