You will lead cross-functional teams, develop integrated campaigns, and deliver client-focused results from planning through reporting. The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, with collaboration across creative, analytics, and client services to achieve program

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing advertising or marketing communications.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Verifiable agency experience with integrated communications, paid advertising, brand development.
• Strong time and budget management skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex, multi-workstream marketing initiatives with milestones and governance.
• Develop strategic marketing plans translating business goals into actionable initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with alignment across strategy, creative, analytics, digital, and client services.
• Establish workflows, prioritization, and performance standards to keep programs on track and budget.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for disciplined execution.
• Develop client monthly reporting and maintain regular communication with leadership and clients.
