Job summary

You will develop the marketing strategy and own execution across integrated campaigns, local content, and partnerships, collaborating with brand, media, creative, CRM, and agencies to drive measurable outcomes.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of growth, brand and performance marketing on a lean team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing and integrated campaign marketing.
• Ability to translate business goals into brand narratives and campaigns.
• Fluency in writing strategic briefs and working with agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop Canada marketing strategy and gain executive alignment.
• Execute strategy as the single DRI with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Own Canada brand partnerships and agency relationships.
• Inform growth with consumer, category, and competitive insights.
• Own the Canadian influencer program with local content.
• Ensure localization and brand consistency across owned and paid content.
• Track Canada monthly marketing budget with precision.
