Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Senior Marketing Content Strategist to lead video-focused content initiatives and cross-channel campaigns across Minnesota and neighboring states. Remote role with occasional travel in the Twin Cities metro area, supporting brand voice and strategic partnerships.

You will drive content creation (UGC, influencer partnerships, short-form video) and oversee campaigns, website content, and print materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing/Communications or closely related field.
• At least 3 years producing copy and content for print and digital.
• Experience creating digital media strategies and adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create branded content—video and print—to drive patient volume across health centers and telehealth.
• Develop and lead digital content initiatives to raise brand awareness for diverse audiences including young adult BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners and manage vendor relationships for campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends, exercise independent creative and strategic judgment to ensure branding, accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee website updates, sponsorships, and marketing resources; support internal communications and reporting.
