You’ll build a high‑performing delivery leadership team across TPM/RTE cohorts, drive governance, transparency, and risk management, and partner with Product and Engineering to realize strategic

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing TPMs, RTEs, Sr. RTEs, or similar roles.
• Experience establishing standards, governance routines, dashboards, and planning calendars.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, PI Planning, ART operations, SDLC, and portfolio delivery governance.
• Ability to coach delivery leaders and translate data into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership: manage TPMs, RTEs, and Sr. RTEs; set expectations and develop career growth.
• TPM and RTE Operating Model Ownership: define standards, playbooks, dashboards, and governance.
• Portfolio Execution Alignment: align work to priorities, roadmaps, and delivery commitments.
• Risk, Dependency & Escalation Governance: establish consistent methods and escalation paths.
• Metrics & Performance Management: monitor health and drive improvement actions.
• Stakeholder Leadership: partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations.
