Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a technical field.
• 5–10+ years managing technical service teams.
• Experience implementing IAM/PAM in client environments.
• Security certifications (CISSP or similar) preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and roadmap skills.
• Deep network security knowledge and protocols.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux/Windows administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and support of managed services to enterprise clients.
• Direct internal resources and coordinate with partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
• Manage client accounts and ensure favorable terms.
