Job summary

The Kestra team is seeking a Senior Manager for DME Customer Orders to lead the daily operations of the Order Processing team and collaborate across Revenue Cycle leadership. You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, workforce planning, performance management, and cross-functional project execution to improve efficiency and cost-to-serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Five (5) or more years managing Revenue Cycle functions.
• Seven (7) or more years of Revenue Cycle experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Order Managers with clear accountability.
• Coach and mentor managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and change management.
• Oversee workforce planning and organizational design decisions for evolving business needs.
• Drive the Benefit Verification automation and AI roadmap and coordinate with Revenue Cycle leadership.
• Partner with Finance to quantify Benefit Verification's financial impact and report results monthly.
