Job summary

Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to own inventory operations and lead a team that keeps our warehouse and retail spaces stocked, accurate, and ready to serve our customers. You will oversee receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment, maintain clean records with cycle counts, and collaborate with purchasing, sales, and delivery to align goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Inventory Supervisor or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Bonus if worked in medical supply or retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Leadership mindset with coaching and accountability.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 6–8 associates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain cycle counts and clean inventory records.
• Ensure products are in the right place in warehouse and on the retail floor.
• Support retail merchandising by stocking displays, pricing, and presentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce shrinkage and improve turnover.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to stay aligned.
• Maintain organized, easy-to-navigate storage systems.
• Respond promptly to inventory inquiries with professionalism.
