Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Data Manager (Contract) to oversee data management activities across multiple studies.

The CDM will manage study start-up, CRF design input, UAT, and coordination with offshore DMs to meet aggressive timelines while ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness. The successful candidate will supervise data queries, vendor data reconciliation, and safety data reconciliation between project and Safety databases, providing mentorship to junior DMs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience overseeing DB setup, leading UAT, meeting aggressive timelines and ensuring the accuracy of essential DM documents.
• Proven experience meeting challenging timelines and KPIs.
• Experience in managing vendors and problem solving issues regarding data capture and data errors found in data transferred from Vendors.
• Experience in mentoring and managing the work of less experienced DMs.
• Building successful relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Accountability for quality of data performed and DB build activities by off shore team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DB setup, lead UAT, and ensure timely DM deliverables.
• Oversee vendor data reconciliation and discrepancies.
• Train and mentor offshore and onshore DMs.
• Review data outputs and ensure data cleaning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity.
• Reconcile safety data between project DB and Safety DB.
