Ensono seeks a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer to support Software AG ADABAS/Natural environments for U.S. clients, performing upgrades, administration, tuning, backups, DR planning, and on-call rotations.

You'll coordinate with vendors and client teams, implement ITSM change control, optimize performance, onboarding of new clients, maintain documentation, and uphold security and recovery objectives in a 24x7 multi-database environment. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Software AG ADABAS/Natural and related products for admin and systems programming support.
• Extensive experience with software management, maintenance, and documentation.
• Configure and manage Software AG ADABAS and related products such as Natural.
• ADABAS database administration, NATURAL Security, Fast Path.
• Database design and definition for FDT and DDMs.
• Performance tuning and space management.
• Knowledge of ADARUN parameters and buffer pools.

Responsabilités

• Perform mainframe ADABAS/Natural upgrades and administration.
• Tune and optimize ADABAS environments and monitor space growth.
• Maintain disaster recovery procedures and perform 24x7 on-call support.
• Document tasks and adhere to change management policies.
• Assist with client onboarding and new installations.
