Symbria Rx Services is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to perform precise data entry of prescription orders and medical records. The role requires LTC experience and proficiency with Docutrack and Frameworks LTC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) per state requirements.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contact physician's office for refill authorization.
• Verify orders and verify eligibility and input prescriptions.
• Process all new and refill prescriptions.
• Open orders, verify eligibility, input prescriptions, and maintain productivity and quality.
• Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
