Job summary

EXL Risk Control is seeking seasoned professionals to join our risk control consulting team in the United States. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience with a major insurance carrier and/or national broker in commercial Property & Casualty Risk Control.

You will schedule on-site surveys, deliver risk evaluation reports, and provide risk improvement recommendations to underwriting clients, working from home or a local office and traveling to various commercial properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Risk Control Consulting experience.
• Experience with major carrier or national brokerage preferred.
• BS Degree in Engineering, Safety and/or the physical sciences preferred.
• Commercial Lines Property/Casualty knowledge will help.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk evaluation reports.
• Develop risk improvement recommendations for underwriting clients.
• Manage assigned projects and secure local client appointments.
• Travel to local commercial operations to complete surveys and follow timelines.
