EXL Survey and Risk Control is seeking experienced professionals for field risk assessments in commercial Property & Casualty. You will schedule on-site surveys, prepare detailed risk evaluation reports, and manage assignments with travel to client locations within the designated territory.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience with a major insurer or national broker, strong communication and computer skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience with a major insurance carrier and/or national broker in commercial Property & Casualty Risk / Loss Control.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Ability to schedule on-site surveys and prepare risk evaluation reports.
• Willingness to travel to client sites daily within a local territory.

Aufgaben

• Schedule on-site risk surveys and provide loss control reports to clients.
• Assess risk for Property, General Liability, Workers’ Comp, Auto/Fleet lines.
• Engage business owners to discuss safety culture and risk controls.
• Document hazards and recommend risk improvements.
• Meet monthly survey quotas and revenue targets.
• Mentor and participate in quality reviews as directed.
