Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth in the Assisted Living market, driving customer acquisition and sales plans across senior living segments. You will partner with cross‑functional teams under the AVP to roll out growth initiatives and ensure revenue objectives are met.

The ideal candidate brings B2B sales experience, a deep understanding of Senior Living or LTC, and the ability to communicate with executive leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in direct B2B sales in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years forecasting or account management experience in Senior Living/LTC.
• At least 2 years in cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers while growing existing books of business.
• Guide and support the Business Development Associate to maximize sales strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement growth initiatives for Assisted Living chains.
• Maintain CRM data with client profiles, competitive data, and strategic plans.
• Liaise between inside sales and regional client managers for smooth onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement using client feedback to grow annual revenue.
