LinkedIn is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys for a one-time, project-based interview to provide practical, step-by-step insight for an AI Marketplace project. Remote, US-based experts will participate in a ~45-minute AI-led video interview and be compensated at $175/hr, prorated for the task duration.

Competenze

• 6+ years in civil, commercial, regulatory, or other contested legal matters.
• Hands-on experience in case intake, merits assessment, factual development, discovery, pleading and motion practice, settlement, hearing, and trial.
• Experience making or influencing decisions related to claims and defenses, legal strategy, discovery scope, evidentiary significance, settlement posture, filing approval, and trial presentation
