Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Lighting & Fan Designer for the Own Brand Lighting Team. You will create cohesive collections across mid-range and premium price points, translating market insights into market-ready products.

You will collaborate with design leadership, engineers, and sourcing on production-ready concepts, ensuring design integrity while meeting cost targets. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates an original point of view and real taste.
• Proven track record of bringing products from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop original lighting/fan collections responsive to market opportunities.
• Produce renderings, CAD models, and technical drawings in SolidWorks, Rhino, and Adobe CC.
• Communicate design intent with vendors and manage development timelines end-to-end.
• Create presentations and lead multiple projects to on-time delivery.
