The Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Life Sciences Consulting. This role offers fast-track growth, early client exposure, and increasing ownership on reimbursement, pricing, and market strategy projects.

You will conduct market research, analyze data, develop reports and presentations, and contribute insights to help pharmaceutical and biotech clients make informed decisions. A science-related degree and 1-3 years in life sciences consulting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Science or science-related degree from a top-tier university.
• 1–3 years of Life Sciences Consulting experience.
• Market Access Consulting is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Superior skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
