Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Sr. Labor Relations Manager to lead labor relations strategies and programs across the organization and serve as the primary contact for union-related matters. You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and union representatives to promote constructive labor relations.

This remote role includes up to 75% travel and a bonus eligibility up to 10%. Located in Denver, CO, the position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 8+ years of labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Labor Relations or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws including NLRA and related statutes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement labor relations strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement labor relations strategies and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for union-related matters and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
• Provide guidance to management on labor relations and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and monitor regulatory changes.
• Investigate and respond to union grievances and other labor issues.
• Train managers on labor relations topics and union management relations.
• Analyze labor relations metrics and report trends for improvement.
• Partner with HR to develop labor relations policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.
