Job summary

Izenso is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for a fully remote role. You will join the COE team and be the first on the ground for our client's customers, leveraging your consulting background in Supply Chain planning to design and customize Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Kinaxis demand and supply planning, end-to-end SCP concepts, and delivering designed solutions while maintaining SLA commitments and exploring expansion opportunities post-delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Expertise in Kinaxis demand and supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of SCP concepts and SOP.
• Ability to design and customize client solutions.
• Proven leadership and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Kinaxis solutions for clients.
• Provide thought leadership on designs and best practices.
• Ensure SLA delivery and identify opportunities for expansion post-delivery.
• Collaborate with COE team and client stakeholders in a remote setting.
