Cognizant seeks a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design and build cloud-native, scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS. This remote role involves collaboration across the software lifecycle with cross-functional teams.

You will develop microservices and REST APIs, contribute to architecture and CI/CD, and participate in agile ceremonies. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience is required, focusing on performance, security, and reliable deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs in distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning and delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive web applications using React and frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing strategies, and best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance.
